Create new chart but no price bars

I've created some new custom sessions but now sometimes when I either relaod script or create a new chart its random whether I get price bars or not.

Session settings that don't give me price bars are:

1.< Use Instrument Settings>
2. CME US Index Futures ETH
3. ALTO CL Session 24/7 (Custom)

Session settings that do give me price bars are:

1. Default 24/7
2. CME US Index Fut ETH#2 (Custom)

Any Idea what might be causing this condition?

Thank you for your post.

Based on the information which you have provided I would like you to try the following:
Shut NinjaTrader down.
Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > DB folder.
Delete the sub-folder named 'Cache'.
Finally, restart NinjaTrader, reconnect to your data source and reload data.

If you find that you are still not able to load data when these Session Templates are used after clearing the cache please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

The trace file is found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20150506.txt'.
