    Tabing Charts?

Hi there is it possible to get the charts to Tab so it is easier to rotate through them?

    Cheers

No its not, but I expect this to be in NT7 at the latest as its 2008 not 1999 and everyone (especially the NT dev team) should be well aware of the advantages of tabbed charts and indicators rather than this archaic interface with new lanes for every indicator and new windows for every chart (which don't even work properly and require right-click + restore to even view much of the time)...

Thanks for your suggestion. We'll add it to the list of future considerations.

I think you'll like my "TabMaster" program. The preliminary versions I sent out to some people in the past week had some issues, which I am trying to address. Hopefully in a day or two I will have a new version. See this thread for a printscreen:

rotating charts for vertical LCD alignment

Am I able to rotate a chart in order to position it correctly for an LCD that has been turned vertically?

            Hello laredo,

            Unfortunately this is not supported.

Unfortunately I am not aware if this is possible. I did a quick search on the web, but I did not found anything relevant.

Actually, yes, you can orient you screen vertical or horizontal. I don't remember how at the moment, I'll try to find it.

A lot of video cards have a hotkey defined. Hit CTRL+ALT+right arrow key. Or CTRL+ALT+up arrow key to put it back. If you have a video card that supports those keystrokes, it will rotate your display 90 degrees. If not, you can probably do it another way by adjusting advanced settings in the control panel.

To rotate the display with Windows I'd first check under Display Properties -> Settings -> Advanced, the setting would probably be there if your video card supports rotating.
If you have an NVIDIA card the "NVIDIA Control Panel" has settings to rotate the display.

Another possibility is the LCD monitors I've seen that can be rotated also came with a CD of the "Pivot Pro" utility which rotates the display.
