Ladder Doesnt Display Prices

In the ladder i dont see the prices and the orders except bid and ask.How i can see the prices and orders ?

Hello blazer,

Can you please tell me what data feed provider you are connected to as well as what instrument is selected in the Static/Dynamic SuperDOM.

Does the issue limits itself to only one instrument or all instruments?

Hello,

It is an mbtrading live connection.
The instrument selected is $EURUSD. I noticed now that there are not currency instrumens in the selection like in the begining i started the program.The currencies exist in instrument manager but not in the ladder.

The other prob is that i cant close the order (sell T1) you see on the chart.It doesnt exist in open orders or anywere else just on the chart.

Hi blazer,

Most likely, the target displayed on your chart is a ghost order. I suggest to contact your broker and check the status of this order. If they do not see this order on their end, it is a ghost order and will be removed the next day.

As per the trading forex with MBTrading, please go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and enable "Currencies (FX) sub pip support" as you can see in the link below.

This will cause you not being able to select currencies in the DOM, which is as expected. You will need to trade forex with MBT and IB using the FX Pro window.

I have already enable the pipetes.

Were are the tutorial videos for fx pro window/I cant find them in the help index.

Will you repair the ladder feature in a next version to work with mb and ib ?

SuperDOM is not designed for FX trading through IB/MBT. The reason is, we would have to display a row for each 1/10 of a pip which means even if you could fit 40 rows on your screen that would only be 4 pips of price display which is of no practical value.
