Failed to verify license message

I'm getting the following message.....

NT is having problems connecting to its' license servers. Possible problems are: a) Your firewall software is enabled and you have not authorized NT to access the internet; b) Your ISP is having service problems or both license servers are down. Please ensure that your firewall software is not blocking NT and try again in a few minutes.

I have tried confirmed the following:

1) Restart computer
2) Try to restart NT several times with same message
3) Shut off the firewall as a test leaving computer unprotected and NT gave same message
4) Confirmed my internet connection is working fine

Suggestions will be appreciated!

Thanks for your post.

I'd like to know if your computer can communicate with the licensing server outside of NinjaTrader.

These instructions are for Windows Vista, 7, and Server 2008. Please let me know if you are using a different operating system.

• Click the Windows Start button
• For Windows 7 click in the search programs and features box
  -For Windows XP click Run
• Type CMD -> Press enter
• This will open the Command prompt
• Type the following: cd Documents & tracert 74.200.197.238 > output.txt
• Press enter and allow this to complete
• This will create a file named output.txt in your (My) Documents folder
• Please send me this output.txt file
