Platform will Not Start

Morning All,

Having a problem starting up my platform this morning. Process seems to be going through the normal steps then I get the following error.

Error on loading chart data for 'ES 06-15 Globex' Unable to retrieve data

At this point everything just hangs, I cannot exit from NinjaTrader and have to kill the process with the process manager. I have rebooted and tried to start ninja several times with the same result.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Mark,

Please see my response below to the emails you sent to platform support.

Can you please proceed as follows and check if NinjaTrader starts successful.

- Shut down NinjaTrader
- Navigate to (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\workspaces
- Delete the file named "_Workspaces.XML".
- After deleting this file, restart NinjaTrader which should startup without any workspaces.

*Please note this will not delete your workspace however the new blank workspace will be named Untitled1. If you have a workspace already named Untitled1, you will not want to save the workspace when exiting NinjaTrader, otherwise it will overwrite it.

You can open your workspaces at Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->Open Workspaces.

If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email.

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20150514 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20150514 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
