    Nt7 not connect to the database

    Hello,




    NT7 not connect to the database. I can not load all graphics and bar timer is stopped.
    I've reseted database and tools:
    Tools> Options> Data> Reset DB and after Reset Instruments.
    I closed the NT7. When I opened the program is still not working.
    I do not know where the error is. Can you help me?
    I have attached the log file and I worked in simulated mode.

    Unfortunately it does not look like the log and trace files came through.
    Can you provide a screenshot of the error that you are receiving?
    To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.
    Click here for instructions

    Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

      Hello,
      I finished up the file in pdf in the first message #1. Error with .jpg, .bmp or .jpg.
      I work with Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1 With Parallels, because my computer is a iMac (OS X Yosemite v.10.10.3)
      A year ago to work with this system and it works well so far.

          Hello, good morning.
          I still can not operate with Ninja. I uninstalled the program and I have reinstalled with new passwords, I asked Brokerage NinjaTrader, but Ninja still does not give me real-time data, it is standing.
          That is what I can do ...?
          I have attached a new screen print.

            Thanks for your note.

            I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

            You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

            The log file will be named "log.20150525.txt"

            You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

            The trace file will be named "trace.20150525.txt"
