Can't upgrade to .27 version

I currently have version .26 and in order to connect to FXCM I need to upgrade to .27 however I cannot delete or reinstall ninjatrader because i get a Windows Installer message saying:

The feature you are trying to use in on a network resource that is unavailable.

click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'tmp8E3B.tmp' in the box below.

box label is "Use source:"
and the default string in the field is:
C:\User\Richard\AppData\Local\Temp\

That directory exists however all attempts to find the tmp file have failed.

after closing that window I get another windows installer notice saying:
"the installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it"

I simply downloaded the NT setup.exe as I've always done in the past...I'm not sure what is meant by "installation source"

This message indicates that the NinjaTrader uninstaller file is missing. In most cases, this will occur if a user is running a clean-up program that deletes temp files or if the user deleted the temp files manually. To resolve this issue, run the Microsoft Windows Installer CleanUp utility listed below. Once the utility is running, select NinjaTrader from the list and select Remove. It will then be possible to reinstall NinjaTrader successfully.

Press “Run Now” and run from location.



Once the Fix it Tool has launched Accept the Microsoft terms.



Detect problems and let me select the fixes to apply -> Once the scan has finished select Uninstalling



Select NinjaTrader 7 from the list -> Select all check boxes -> Next -> “Yes, try uninstall”



Once complete it will either give a successful or error message and the utility can be closed out.



After the utility has been run and NinjaTrader has been removed, redownload NinjaTrader.

This worked as I was able to uninstall. Currently installing newest version. i'll repost if there is trouble
