    Data missing

    Hi,

    I have a consistent problem with data missing from one of my markets. After I connect to CQG the data of the previous day is missing and I have to Reload all Historical Data in order to see it. I suspect that this problem began after I changed the data series of this chart from 90 days to show to 360 and back to 90.

    How can I solve this?

    Hello Yaron,

    Can you please disconnect CQG and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab, click Repair DB. Restart NinjaTrader and check if the affected chart loads data for the previous day.

    If the issue remains, please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.

        Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

            I am having the same problem with CL but ES is ok

            This started with a new PC and i moved the old files from the old PC using the backup restore

            what was the solution if there was any

              Hello*richbois,
              Please reset the instruments.


              To reset your instruments please follow the steps below.

              Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
              Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
              Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.

                did what you said now CL is good but ES is showing loading data for ever

                ps that was only on range charts Minutes were fine

                Now range for ES no good

                      i did many time and finally rebooted the PC now all seems good
