    Order not executing

    Hi I noticed that i have one account connection where the order goes to pending inside a strategy but no position is initiated. I think it may have to do with a particular account connection to AMP futures. How do i fix this?

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.
    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email:1329291
    and the approximate time the pending order took place.

        Now i got this, on the same strategy: "unable to cancel out unmapped orders" i tried that on SIM account and not live.

          I'm experiencing the exact same issue with a new futures strategy I was trying to start. I have several other equity-based strategies, never had this issue with them, so I suspect it might be something to do with how futures trading is set up, but I can't figure out what. My broker is IB.

          Any advice?

            Ah, I have a guess.. I don't think I have CBOE futures in my Kinetick subscriptions, so I'm only getting delayed data. Could that cause the order to get fail?
            Note: I do have futures trading access on my IB account.

                similar issue

                For the past 2 trading days I have experienced a similar issue with live trading. When trying to submit orders to IB thru the superdom the orders do not go thru to IB and I am unable to cancel them from the dom. The only way I can cancel the orders is shut down NT. I can send the logs if you need them
