Tick charts look different after workspace is closed then reopened

I have been using NT tick charts for about 2 years and have not adjusted any settings since this issue has been occurring. For about 2 weeks, the tick charts look materially different when the workspace is closed and then reopened... whether I do this on the same trading day or the following day. The best way I can describe the difference is that the charts look compressed, but at least 1/3 - 2/3. Each tick looks different, trendlines that were drawn during live trading can be off or even non-existent, patterns that I see during live trading are off/ non-existent. I'm really at a loss as to why this is occurring/ have never experienced this issue in 2 years of trading.

This has to do with a change that the CME is requiring for all data providers and affects how data is displayed. Rithmic has not yet made this change for the real time data however historical data from our servers does have this change.
I would recommend seeing post 47 and 44 at the link below for details on this change.
