Setting up an Automatic entry , based on ....

Good Evening,
can someone please tell me how I would go about setting up a method , in which I scale into my trades with 1 lot per 62% move of a fibonaci extension that the trade moves in my favor ?

Here's an example:

Say I enter a trade on the ES at 2060
and a stop of 3 points at 2057

So when I use the fib. extension tool , and it sows 62% as target 1 ( for scaling into my trade and adding 1 contract ) .... I am wanting this to occur at each 62% level , I.E. 124, 186, 248, 310, etc.

And lastly please .... can I also have it to where , each time that it adds 1 contract to my position at each 62% level .... can I have it to where I have a trailing stop kick in and it trails it by this same distance as well ?

Hopefully It's not to confusing as to what I am asking
I guess I'm basically just wanting a strategy that adds 1 contract to my trade , each time that it hits a 62% fib. extension level from my entry
