nina trader got shut down and cant open it any more

Ninja shut down on me this morning and since then cant open it at all !!!
Advise please.

Hi saeed, thanks for your post.

Do you receive any sort of error messages when attempting to reopen the platform?

it wont even allow any thing to load up , message box comes up for 1 second and then shuts off, i uninstalled ninja then installed it back so trying to see if it happens again

If that doesn't help, go ahead and send your log and trace files to platformsupport [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com for further investigation.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

* The log file will be named "log.20150616.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

* The trace file will be named "trace.20150616.txt"
