Level 2 not showing for all instruments

I'm getting Level 2 data for some instruments, but not all. Could someone tell me why that would be the case?

For instance, I get level 2 data for ZF, but not ZN or ZB. I get L2 for NQ, but not ES.

I'm using Interactive Brokers and trying to see the data in either level 2 or superDOM.

Unfortunately, I am not able to email you within NT. It is telling me the mail client is not configured.

I looked at the log files myself and I see the problem. It is telling me that :

7/14/2015 1:44:22 PM|3|4|Max number (3) of market depth requests has been reached 309


Is this an Interactive Brokers or NT limitation?
