NO Platform Support PHONE NUMBER??

All of the sudden, my platform unable to connect and says unable to verify license.
WHY?
And there is no phone number I can call to platform support?

The first point of contact is email however we would be happy to call you and remote into your system to assist you.

You will need to email platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your inquiry and requesting a call.

There are four main reasons why this message appears.

Your license is truly invalid.
The license key has been entered incorrectly. Please ensure that an incorrect character or space has not been entered at the end of your license key. Also, if the character "@" is present in the License Key we sent you, please include that as well, as it is part of the key.
You are on NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.22 or older and your license does not support these versions. You can check your version under Help> About. Please let us know if you need upgrade instructions
The most common reason is that a firewall on your PC or on the network your computer is on is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing our license servers. To test this, please disable all firewalls and then restart NinjaTrader and see if it works. If yes, you just need to add ninjatrader.com to the exception list (safe list) for your firewall software
If none of the above resolutions work, please let us know.

my license is good until 2016.
It worked all this time.
I just opend a NT brokerage account 2 days, and it worked for past 2 days.
Now, does not work.
I have the correct latest version, and have restarted, still nothing, and I have emailed 20 minutes and no calls yet.

you folks used to take platform support calls, now, they claim they dont have a number.
not very good support now.
they take calls in opening an account, but no platform support?
other platforms take calls
