Daily Charts Bugs with IB feed

I think I asked for this earlier:

For Brent Crude Oil (COIL) and all other IPE futures the daily charts displayed are false, because the date is lagging:

NT displays Monday's bar as Tuesdays, Tuesday's as Wednesday's and the last bar is completely false as it is a mixture of yesterday and today. One of the implications is that NT Pivot indicator and all other indicators that use the DailyBars method do not work properly.

For IB Forex daily charts the current bar (today) is not displayed correctly. This will not affect Pivots using DailyBars method, as yesterday's data is OK - but it is still annoying.

Maybe you can fix the bugs.

This is inline with the report you sent a few months ago. We still don't know how to resolve since the timestamps received from IB are just incorrect.

I am not giving up yet.....

I am still hopeful that NT will handle IB's famous timestamps, as others have managed to do so....

We will as soon as we understand why TWS sends incorrect timestamps for some instrument and correct ones for all others.

Some improvement on the side of IB, but ....

The FOREX time stamps have been modified by IB, the time stamp of the daily bar is now 10 PM GMT. NT daily charts for FOREX now have correct time stamps and dates.

However, daily charts of IPE futures can still not be displayed correctly by NT, although they are correctly displayed and stamped by TWS. I guess this is rather a problem of compatibility.
