Kinetick data questions

Hi, I have two data questions:
1. I recently added Russell Indexes on my account and I'm trying to figure out how to access them. On the Kinetick symbol search it says the exchange is "RUSSELL". What exchange should I select in Ninja?

2. What Kinetick data feed do I need to receive ICE/Nybot futures data?

Thank you for writing in.
The exchange that the Russel Index is traded on can be found when using the Kinetick Symbol search https://kinetick.com/support.php#Symbol-Search.php

Kinetick does not support the ICE exchange or Nybot so you will not be able to receive data for ICE futures or Nybot Futures with Kinetick.

The problem is that searching for any of the Russell indexes in Kinetick symbol search the exchange is listed as "RUSSELL-FL", which is not any exchange I've ever heard of.

For the instruments that use the Russel-FL you can select the default exchange.
We are more than happy to assist with custom symbol mapping as well if you provide an instrument that you are wanting to view.

Thanks, I'm having some issues with Russell Europe (REURUSD.X). It's listed on Kinetick but seems to give a loading historical data error no matter what I do.

Hello,
I am seeing that this instrument only has one trading calculation made during one day.
You should be able to receive data for it for Weekly, Monthly and Yearly charts.
Please let me know if the data does not populate for a weekly chart.

Aha that makes sense, I was trying only minute data.

How about for RGIUSD.X? or RGXUUSD.X? I get minute data for this and several others but it mysteriously stops about two weeks ago...

I have tested this on my end as well and the minute data for these instruments does seem to be sporatic. This may be due to not being calculated as often.

Thanks. Just out of curiosity does the exchange setting in Ninja actually do anything? I seem to get the same data no matter what I set it to.

It appears that indexes with Kinetick have the exchange selected in the instrument name. With Indexes with Kinetick the exchange will not matter. The exchange does matter for Stocks and Futures.
