Hello everyone
I need help to solve a problem with the platform
the problem is that when I tried to open it since the last session
I was able to make it work more
after several attempts I uninstalled the ninja and then I reinstalled
but from that moment it opens the first time imposed credentials
receiving data (use CQG) but fails to connect
this actually blocks any platform and then turn it off when I try
turning it back not the most
I have to restart it and repeat the disistallazione new install
but the events already described are repeated
I do not know what to do

Hello retnis,

Can you please send me your Config.xml file so I can disable the 'Connect on startup' setting. Subsequently I will send back the Config.xml file so you can replace it on your end. Check if you can start NinjaTrader successful when no connection is established on startup.

You can find the Config.xml file at Documents-->NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, help does not work anymore the NinjaTrader' in the subject header.
