    Login failed: network connection to the order routing system is unavailable

    Hello! As you see in title, i have this error first time. 3 months ago, i installed ninja and i didnt have any errors.

    What i have done:
    1) Get new demo - didnt help
    2)Reinstall ninja - didn help
    3) Traceroute (http://www.mediacollege.com/internet...raceroute.html) - see results in png.

    Also, i attach log, trace, CQG files.

    Please, help , i want to trade!

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Your tracert results denote that you are having a connection issue. I would suggest to restart your PC, modem, and router and changing the settings of any security software that may be blocking you from connecting.

    If you continue to have issues, the next step would be to contact your ISP.

      Thank you for so fast reply!

      i also done :
      4) Restart router
      5) Restart computer
      6)Next step turn off my ESET Smart Security 7.0.317.4 and result on picture.

          VPN Interference

          Just an FYI for others who may have had this issue.

          I had the same error message and from my own trouble shooting it turns out that my VPN was interferring with the connection.

          As soon as I disconencted that everything returned to normal.

          It is erratic and inconsistent as the connection will work just fine sometimes. So probably better to just not use a VPN when using NInja

              This error most commonly occurs when NinjaTrader is unable to communicate with the servers due to it being blocked by another program, or there is an issue in the path between your computer and the appropriate servers. Please check for software such as (corporate) firewalls, spyware and anti-virus software that could be blocking NinjaTrader. In some cases the modem/router has built-in software that prevents the connection to be established.

              To resolve this, I recommend the following steps (test for the issue after each step):
              • Ensure you're using the latest version of NinjaTrader
              • Restart NinjaTrader
              • Restart your modem and (if applicable) router
              • Restart your PC
              • Clear your DNS
              • If you are not already and the option is available to you, connect to the internet using an ethernet cable. Wireless connections are significantly more unreliable.
              • Ensure exceptions have been added into any firewall/antivirus/backup programs for the Documents > "NinjaTrader 8" folder.
              • If the above steps do not help, contact your ISP and let them know you are experiencing a highly unstable connection. An issue of connectivity may exist on their end.

                This did it for me, no other steps required.

                In the command prompt, run this command: ipconfig /flushdns
