    platform support request

    Hi,

    Today I received an email from [email protected] that was supposedly a followup to an email they sent me 3 days ago asking for log and trace files to resolve an issue. I never received the quoted email from 3 days ago, and I don't recall submitting any support request, as I usually just hop onto the forums. So... what happened here?
