Missing Range bar data

After importing some old data, all my recent Range bar info is gone...

I'm connected to Interactive Brokers.
All the timebased charts are fine and allow "reload all historical data".
All Range charts info is gone and "reload all historical data" is grayed out.

In Options - Data, I've "save chart data as historical" on.

Thanks for your post.

You will not have the option to reload range bars since historical tick based data is not available with Interactive Brokers.
Since this data is gone you will need to restore it from a backup if you have a backup of it.

If you do not have a backup and you need this data you would need to connect to a data provider who supports historical tick data, such as Kinetick.

Yet how could I saved a week of Range data, after the weekend restart?
All the charts were ok on monday...

Thanks for your reply.

You can save realtime data as historical by checking 'save chart data as historical' under Tools> Options> Data
You stated you already have this checked. You can use this to continue to record your data going forward however this is not going to restore the missing data. You will need to follow the previous steps to get this historical data.
