no historical data loading on login

    no historical data loading on login

    Hi support,

    This morning I opened the NT platform and wasn't getting any historical data for CL, real time was fine, but no historical. I tried rebooting the nt engine but problem persisted. Can you assist?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your note.

    I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

    You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    The log file will be named "log.20150824.txt"

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.20150824.txt"

        Now, when I try to establish a connection, I'm getting no data at all other than historical daily data, not intraday real time data, the log file says that the NT server is refusing connection, is that may be helpful for you to know. I attached the message.

            Exactly the same message on my side

            Hi,

            I was right about opening a post but I have seen this thread.

            I am experiencing the same issue as you, I see the same message on the log tab and my "reload all historical data" button is grayed out. I can see real-time prices now and historical prices up until 6.03 ET (I live in Spain, which is 12.03pm ) but in-between just a huge bar on GC, ES and 6E.

            I have repaired DB, restarted the program and even restarted the computer.

            My connection is Ninjatrader Rithmic if that helps.
