    Ninja demo with CQG no chart update

    I have a Ninja demo license Key @SIM with CQG demo login credential.
    My connection is green but no auto real time on charts.

    Thanks for your post.

    Realtime data is currently not being provided to CQG, NinjaTrader Continuum, and Continuum demos. We have reached out to the data provider for these connections for more information and this thread will be updated as more information is available.

      Chart/Data not updating

      I have a 1-min ES 09-15 chart using NT Continuum for its data. The issue is that the chart data is never updated on its own. The data does appear, as expected, when first created, and also when I press "Reload All Historical Data." I've looked around for a configuration option on the data series tab, but don't see anything related.

        Hi, thanks for writing in.

        CQG/Continuum real-time and historical data servers are experiencing unstable connections at the moment. We are aware of this and are looking into solutions.

                I had a new demo working on my end, however it stopped working shortly after.
                I am working with CQG at this time to look into this further.

                  Hello,

                  The data provider sees no issues on their end. They have been able to replicate real time data not populating at times on their end however this is not from their systems. We have seen that multiple ISPs have had high latency today which could be affecting users real time data. At this time we are watching for ISPs to resolve this latency and see if this resolves the real time data for users.

                    I've not had data since 11:30 AM EDT

                    What do you mean it's not on their end? My Sim account hasn't had data since 11:30 this morning.

                    They're claiming multiple ISPs are to blame? Seriously?

                      Hi,

                      I have two real accounts with FXCM and TD Ameritrade and I have no problems with the real time data but CQG demo account has problems. The last friday the NT data server was connecting to HDS2.NinjaTrader.com/31654 and now is connecting to HDS3.....

                      That means something?

                        I still have no DATA on CQG

                        I have not had data almost the whole day? What is the issue and how do I get this fixed. I have do everything I know to do. shutdown, reload, etc. Market now open and still no data? Someone please help with this issue.

                            Brandon, I have Multicharts and OEC Trader running on the same computer and haven't had any problem with their charts, the only one giving me troubles (with frozen charts) is Ninja, there got to be another explanation than blaming on the ISPs.

                              Good day.
                              All of a sudden, my price chart stopped dead yesterday - no updates!
                              I spent 4 hours yesterday trying all sorts of things - even re-installing NT7.
                              I finally found out I am having this same problem mentioned here.
                              I'm on SIM account also.
                              I'm waiting for a solution.
