    Ninja Trader frozen charts

    Hello,

    I don't know if it is due to recent volatility in the markets but since last Tuesday my charts are frozen, not moving at all. I am connected to CQG, the light is green. I went and deleted the "Cache" folder from the "DB" folder but that doesn't do the trick.

    I tried in 2 different computers, same problem. what else can I do?

    Is this occurring with a demo account?
    Realtime data is currently not being provided to CQG, NinjaTrader Continuum, and Continuum demos. We have reached out to the data provider for these connections for more information

      Yes, it is a demo account, I already subscribed to the other thread and wait for CQG to fix his server problems
