ATM order isuues

Hi,

I am using atm order for my auto trading strategy. I encounter an issue as below.
I have two orders with stop1,stop2,target1 and target2. I placed orders using market order. In the beginning orders are working well. After a few orders, there are some fake orders coming up which I didn't place them. Those fake orders also can not be found in control Center order tab. Is this a bug in Ninjatrader?

The orders is not I placed and those orders is not show on Control center orders list.

Can you clarify, are you referring to the position you currently have shown in the image? I do not see any executions listed on the chart to compare with the orders on the left.

Also the orders I can not see the time for the orders to see the order they were placed. Can you sort the orders by time and expand the column so I can see the order and also if there are executions listed on the chart please show those also.

Thanks Jesse. All of the orders showing in my previous image on the left are good orders which placed by my strategy. The image on the right (chart trader), there are two working orders which made $600 profit are not placed by me and I don't know why they were placed. You can click the image to expand it.

Please see my attached db as reference. please download from https://www.sendspace.com/file/mtts37.You can get all of detail from database. In bottom line(control center --- order tab), the order I closed manually are those fake orders.

Can you please provide the log and trace file for this period of time so I can view the order information?

Please send an email to platformsupport @ ninjatrader.com and include a link to this thread.

Please manually attach your most current log and trace files to your response, so I may investigate this matter further.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
