Session templates & time zone

When setting the time zone for a session template, is it permissible to set one different from the local one?
For instance set an EST one if the machine is in Europe?
It would be handy if this were specified in the help.

Yes, you can select the time zone you like. The time zone you select applies to the times you enter for the session template.

Time displayed in charts depends on the time zone of your PC clock.
