Strategy Analyzer Crashes

Hello,

I have installed Ninjatrader 7, created simple strategy that i want to run in strategy analyzer, however when i open strategy analyzer, click on instrument and optimalization, Ninjatrader crashes, with no pop up window, just the system stops working and i have to exit it.

I reinstalled NT multiple times, tried to install it on different partition in HDD, still the same result, each time i want to run the strategy tester and optimalization it crashes.

Could you tell me how to fix it? I have recently installed windows 10, might that be the problem?

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?

What bar type are you testing? (Example: 1 minute, 1 day, 150 tick)

What From and To date have you selected?

If you do the same test with the SampleMACrossover strategy does it crash?

I have version 7.0.1000.29

connected to Kinetick end of day data or Simulated data feed

instrument: ZC 7-15, 9-15, ZL 7-15, ZS 9-15... well each instrument i tried crasshes.

I would like to test daily data, but i cannot even get into the setting window to select the strategy, it crasshes immediatelly when i select instrument and click optimize/backtest.

When i run NT on my tablet (windows 8.1), the strategy analyzer works properly, hmm it seems like i have problem in my PC and format HDD would probably help.
