Increasingly getting disconnects from rithmic data feed

My control Center says connection Lost
My charts and Dom are still moving
So it seems like the Ninja broker connection must be out.
This is happening almost every day sometimes more than once.
What is going on.
Do I need to switch Brokers or switch data feeds?

To tell me it is my ISP doesn't fly.
1) Ninja Never Stopped receiving Chart data during the entire episode. I watch small Tick Bars and it never skipped a beat , I was watching when the connection lost sound played, my charts were still moving and I looked over to my modem and no connection lights out.
2) I had an internet radio station playing it never skipped a beat.
3) I called my ISP and they looked into my modem Log and it never lost its connection.

To Verify, Please send me the IP address of my connection to the data server so I can monitor it with PingPlotter in real time to see where the connection gets lost.

According to Rithmic these are not their IP's. This was a wild goose chase. They see my disconnects and don't believe its a network problem.

I don't think I've had any Rithmic disconnects ....

I have had issues before when say - uploading video online (via wireless) and my NT would start disconnecting.

I've since wired as much as I could and no longer fear that issue as much.

Have you logged into your cable modem and examined your signal strength? I've had issues before with channels bonding and getting knocked down to 1/4 channels.

Well, just dropping some dimes and maybe helping along the way.

I had the cable company check the modem its fine. The key is that I never get a price data disconnect only a broker disconnect. Rithmic is telling me its not my network connection. I won't use wireless anything for trading but maybe that because I am an electrical engineer and paranoid.
The other day when I realized I have to get a solution to this, i searched and read thru all your posts about your modem. I will keep that in the back of my head for future reference. You never know when the modem might have to be forced to recalibrate. As they push the download speeds up and up I can only believe they become more sensitive.
