    Live data feed not coming through MBtrading

    Hi!
    I have updated to the latest MBtrading platform last night,
    12.0.0.72
    the daily feed is only showing to May 2015,the live intraday feeds are not populating the charts (60min, 5min, 1 min)...

    Ninjatader 32bit.7.0.1000.22 being used.. not sure if this is the issue.

    Thank you for your post.

    This version of the navigator is not supported. Please uninstall this version then install the recommended 11.9.0.51 version via this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrad..._11.9.0.51.exe

    Additionally, please shut down NinjaTrader then update to the current 7.0.1000.30 release of the software via this link: http://ninjatrader.com/download-registration.php

    After installing please restart NinjaTrader. Before connecting to any data source please open the Options menu. (Tools > Options) In the Data tab, click the 'Reset Instruments' button then restart NinjaTrader. Finally, reconnect to your data source and reload data.

      Ok! have done as requested,
      uninstalled previous MBtrade and re-installed 11.9.0.51
      installed 7.0.1000.30 NT
      reset instruments in NT, then restarted.
      actually after closing NT, I opened MBtrader first, as this is required to get the data feed into NT I believe.
      then went to open NT and to account connections/(my MB account)..
      then in NT file/connect/(my MB account)

      however I`m getting this error when trying to connect...
      "MBT navigator login failed..please check username/password".

      I`m already successfully logged in to MBT so not sure what I`m supposed to be checking here.
      in the "account connection set up" in NT am I supposed to choose "server type" demo or live? I`m only trading a demo account but I want live data, so not sure what is being referred to here...

        Hello,

        Please remove then recreate the connection to MB Trading within NinjaTrader:
        Please go to the Tools menu> select 'Account Connections'> highlight the connection> click Remove
        Restart NinjaTrader
        Please go to the Tools menu> select 'Account Connections' and recreate the account connection.

          still not getting live data. error message: username.password incorrect

          I have tried that but unfortunately still get the same username/password incorrect message from NT...
          the link you mentioned says
          NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.11 or later: You must have MBT Navigator Version 11.9.0.51 installed

          but I`m using 7.0.1000.30 ? is that ok?

          I have 10th pip set in NT as well..

            just to inform, my MBtrader is live and receiving data, I had followed the instructions to install the softwares, and also removed MBtrading data source, restarting NT and inputting the datasource again.

              Ninjatrader not receiving live data still , gives error message "wrong username/password for MBT. but I have already entered the right username/password for MBT into NT when adding connection, have triple checked it.
              MBT is live and giving live data feeds for pairs.

                Thanks for your reply.

                Please send your config.xml file as an attachment to an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com saying you cannot connect to MB Trading so we can test on our end and assist you further.

                  had emailed support last Friday regards this issue. correct NT and MBT installed, firewall turned off to test, had recreated the MBT connection within NT, same error message "MBT navigator login failed. Please check username/password'..

                  wanting to get started this week with MB. should go to ctrader or metatrader, getting frustrated with NT.
