    problems connectiing to my continuum live feed

    i having problem with my live data feed for NJ. I downloaded the lastest update and its still not working?

    Do you receive a message?

    If so, what is the message?

      an error box comes up saying NJ application has stopped working. A problem caused the problem to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is found.
      Wnen i load NJ only the control center screen comes uo then the error box pops up.

        Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

          i cannot even do that. When i click on help my screen gets white then error pops up. i did go to log and it says CQG adapter.suscribemarketdataresolvef.usdaghid

            Please follow the steps listed below to partially*uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader.

            Close NinjaTrader
            Uninstall NinjaTrader within Windows Control Panel.
            Once these steps are completed, download NT7 from the link below.

              I did uninstall and install same problem. My log says cqgadapter.suscribemarketdataresolve fus da6hi5. I had nj on all night with no problem. At 920 am est this statred happeing

                Please manually attach your most current log and trace files to your response, so I may investigate this matter further.

                You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

                The log file will be named "log.20150911.txt"
                You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

                The trace file will be named "trace.20150911.txt"
