    SIM account is working but DEMONT not

    Hello,

    I have a little problem with my NT account with a CQG datafeed through AMP

    With the Jigsaw Trading Tools, on the SIM account, I can place any orders on the dom, but when I want to use the DEMONTxxxx account it doesn't work.

    Can you help me please ?

    Did Amp Futures inform you that you can trade this demo account?

    Can you please send me your log and trace files for today. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email and send them to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, SIM account is working but DEMONT not' in the subject header.

    Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20150916 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20150916 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
