BarTimer not working?!?!

    BarTimer not working?!?!

    Anyone else having this problem? I have the indicator open on a 1 min, 5 min, and 15 min chart and it returns no display on any of them. I changed no parameters. They are candlestick charts and I tried other chart modes as well. Thanks in advance.

    This issue will be hard to diagnose without more information.

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 1389455 ATTN Patrick G

        Further developments....After I sent the message as requested, Ninja locked up on me so I had to close the application with Windoze. After reopening, I went back in and added the BarTimer indicator once again and I could see the timer ticking down on all charts. BUT!...after the timer zeroed out, the bars became stuck, where the remain at this time. The price goes up and down but a new bar is no longer generated at the appropriate times. HELP!

          Thanks for the reply.

          Unfortunately, it doesn't look like your files came through.

          Please manually send your most current log and trace files to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com, so I may investigate this matter further.

          You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

          The log file will be named "log.20150918.txt"
          You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

          The trace file will be named "trace.20150918.txt"
