P/L not shown in DOM

If I trade in live account, then switch DOM ddrop down to sim, then back to live. P/L in the live account does not show.

If I restart NT then p/l shows again.

Is this a bug?

I cannot replicate this on my end.

Do you have an anti virus/firewall installed on your system and if so which one? (example: Norton, AVG, Avast)
What is the size of your database file?
you can check by opening the following directory in Windows, right click on the ninjatrader.sdf file, and select Properties
Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db

Yes, I have Panda anti-virus

if I check ninjatrader.sdf size is 22.7 MB

what can I try...having same issue today

Thanks for your reply.

I would recommend adding exception to your protections anti virus.

You will need to exclude the following directories.
C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7 or C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7

Once complete, restart NinjaTrader and test.

Have you ensured you have Show Realized PnL when Flat set to True within the SuperDOM properties?

show 'PL when flat' is se to True

sometimes it works other times it does not.

is there caching somwhere I can checK

I tested SIM account for a couple weeks and P/L works and shows fine in DOM but real account still does not work.
after exiting a postion P/L show on DOM, just shows 0.00 but while holding a position it does show flactuating real time P/L in dom but when flat.

what else can I try?

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
