    Can't cancel open order

    Hi,

    Even closing/re-booting I can't get rid of and open order...sell / mkt /qty=1 limit=0 /stop=0/ state initialized /filled=0 / reming=1 / name=close /


    what 2 do,

    Hi ashish,

    If the order is submitted in the sim101 account, please reset the sim101 account. Go to Tools-->Options-->Simulator-tab, define the values for the sim101 account and click Reset.

    If the order is submitted in your live account, please contact your broker to check the status of the order. If the order is a ghost order, please go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset DB to remove the ghost order.
