    huge missing data

    Hi,

When I finished trading yesterday, I turned my pc to sleep mode
    without closing NinjaTrader platform.

I didn't have a chance to trade today but wanted to check some charts.
So I turned up my pc and Ninjatrader automatically got connected
and some of charts were loaded automatically.

But others weren't refreshing so I right-clicked on the chart and
    clicked Reload all historical data.

By doing so, I was able to load data from yesterday to up to date
but on any charts below 1 minutes such as 30 seconds and 45 seconds
had a huge gap from Yesterday 18:00 hour to today 16:00.

Attached the image for your reference.

How can I recovery this data?

    On more thing.
When I reload all historical data on 30 sec chart
I get an error message like this one below.

    ICharpCode.SharpZipLib.SharZipBaseException: Unexpected EOF
    ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip.Compression.Streams.In flaterInputBuffer.FiL()
    Location: ICSharpCode.SharpZiplib.Zip.Compression.Streams.In fate

This is just a portion and I couldn't get it all.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

Letting the PC engage Sleep or Hibernate mode while NinjaTrader is running will cause connection issues. We would generally recommend that you disable sleep or hibernate mode and configure the PC to turn the monitor off instead to avoid these issues. In the meantime, please restart NinjaTrader, reconnect to your data source and reload data to restore data to the charts.

If the error message which you mentioned triggers again after restarting NinjaTrader please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com so that I may further investigate. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need to review a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20151007.txt'.
