thus eliminating my ISP, and might I mention my connections are all fixed IP or long lease so they do not change randomly. Rithmic has offered to converse with Ninja on this issue. The ninja support response is to play Monkey in the middle with me. If anyone out there has had a similar issue and found an answer I am all ears. The issue is frustrating enough but what is more frustrating is the BS I am getting from NinjaSupport to try and blow me off.
I know I am not going to make any friends here by posting this, but either I need to solve this issue or I have to dump this platform and lose the time and money invested.
