    Collective 2 Help

    Unfortunately I am having issues the last few days. The log alert stated:-----

    Collective2 signal processing: system no longer supported (sys#...) You need to restart Ninjatrader:...

    This is from using NT7. Can you help me with this one? Thanks!

    Thanks for your post.

    What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help> About (example: 7.0.1000.30)
    Note that you must be on the latest version (7.0.1000.30) to use Collective 2.

    To upgrade NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below.

    Get your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key.
    Exit NinjaTrader.
    Click on the link: http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect.
    Enter your license key and select 'Submit'.
    Select 'Download'.
    Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

      I use the multibroker 7.0.1000.26. Been using that for 4 years sending signal to Collective2.

        Thanks for your reply.

        You will need to upgrade. Collective 2 changed what address is used to send orders so you need to upgrade for this change.

          We developed 2 alternative software solutions. Both are capable to sync ALL order types from NT to C2 (Limit to Limit, Stop to Stop, Market to Market).
