I have been unable to reload historical data for several days.
I have contacted Ninja and TD Am., my service provider. They have given me suggestions, all of which have failed.
Each party is saying that the other is responsible for this to get corrected.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I can do to once again capture historical data to be able to research strategies?
I have no problem receiving live data, I just cannot access any historical data.
