    How to change a port number?

    Hello,

    I am behind the firewall that I can not control. I know the ports 443 and 80 are open. I can not connect to the Mirus / ZenFire because it is looking on 64.202.118.132/31654. Can the connection be re-configured to use port 443?
    Also, I can see in the Options - ATI - General tab there is an ATI server port setup at 36973. I don't know what ATI is and used for, and I haven't received any message. Maybe it just didn't reached that stage in the login procedure failing to connect to the ZenFire data server. If ATI has been used and is relevant, the same question from above applies.

    Unfortunately this is not supported. You would need to go with the ports provided. Also: ATI has nothing to do with ZenFire connection. Don't try to change the ATI port.

      I am having the same issue with Mirus/ Zenfire.
      Can someone please tell me what Ports need to be opened make the connection.

        Hello,

        Thank you for your post.

        You will need to contact your broker to see what ports they are using.

        Please also make sure you disable any antivirus/firewall software when connecting.

          Unfortunately The broker does not know what ports need to be opened. I thought that some other users might have had the same problem.

            Your broker needs to know, since he run the infrastructure/servers which process your orders. Please let us know name of the broker in case you still hit the wall there. Thanks

              The broker is Mirus and the data feed is Zen Fire.
