Newbie trader with blank charts

Hi,
I've this evening downloaded demo NT via my FXCM broker as all the reviews looked so great for Forex Trading.
However no matter which chart or currency pair I have chosen I cant see any candlesticks?
I can add indicators such as an RSI or an ADX and see them applied to the chart, but there is no current or past price data at all to see.


I've searched these forums and applied some of the suggested fixes (such as deleting cached files and resetting NT to default settings etc) but I still have no data on my charts.
Would somebody mind helping me please?

Thank you for your post.

Based on the information which you have provided I'd like you to try clicking on the 'F' button which you'll find in the upper right side of the chart. After clicking this button, do price bars and your indicators pop in to view?

Thankyou very much Yes, pressing the F button makes the charts appear. I'm glad it was a simple fix and thanks for the quick response.
