Cannot cancel order from strategy

    Hello,
    There is not a specific way to start NinjaTrader when running a strategy.
    Are you experiencing unexpected behavior when starting NinjaTrader after previously running a strategy? If so please clarify what is occurring.

      well the problem i have is that, seems to me like the chart you have the strategy on can talk to chartrader, but chartrader can't talk to the strategy chart.
      I have another chart open with the same instrument to follow where my in and out order are, and to see where p&l is.
      when I turn on the strategy, if my first tgt is filled or shall I say pass my first tgt, then when it is going to reverse, I will have 3 cont instead of 2. Looks like I have to turn on the strategy before anything gets triggered.
      Do you understand my issue?

        Hello,
        Can you clarify how you are having your strategy integrate with Chart Trader? Chart Trader and Automated Strategies can not run at the same time on the same chart.
        Are you seeing that pending orders are not filling until your strategy is enabling? If this is not the case please clarify further what is occurring with your orders.

            Hi Cody:

            After I disconnected IB, the pendingsubmit order is gone. But when I tried to submit a stop order on Z(FTSE100), the pendingSubmit came back, and I cannot cancel with the charttrader or on the order page. The order never got transmitted to IB TWS. Can you help? Thanks!

              Hello reubenlasky,
              Please send me your log and trace files so I may investigate this further.
              You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

              Please reference this thread in the body of the email.
