Routing FDAX orders from NT to IB TWS

Hello,

I have followed the connection settings described in http://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGui...nnection-Guide for Ninja Trader 7.

For all the US based futures markets I have placed trades on from NT - they have been routed without problem to TWS.

The only market which does not work is the one European futures market - the FDAX. When I submit an order from my NT chart the order is not routed to TWS. Instead, it remains in the Control Center > Orders window as "PendingSubmit". When price crosses through my order, nothing is triggered - the status remains "PendingSubmit".

NT does not let me cancel this pending order. The only way I can cancel it is by disconnecting to my secondary Data Connection - that is Interactive Brokers.

For FDAX: Instrument Manager > Edit > Misc > Symbol Map > Interactive Brokers: DAX

Please could you suggest any setting checks in order to fix this problem?

Thank you for your post.

Can you please change the mapping with the steps I have provided below:

• Disconnect IB
• Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager
• Highlight the FDAX in the 'Available master instruments' section
• Edit
• Misc-tab
• Change the symbol map for IB to "DAX|||25" without quotations
• Click OK
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Remove FDAX 12-15 from your Default instrument list then add it back in
• Connect

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.
