TPO Chart indicator licensing failure

Since a couple of days I get the error message:

Failed to get license for indicator TPOChart. The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found

when trying to open a TPO Chart from Fin-alg in Ninja Trader. I have tried on 2 separate computers and the same issue persists.

Is there any idea what may be causing this?

So that I may investigate please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

The trace file is found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20151108.txt'.

sent an email to Financial algo (Muly Oved) but no response yet

Seems to be on his side though as nothing has changed in my network setup and it was working fine until error 404 which usually means no authentication server response from his side

Yes, this is related to their custom 3rd party license servers. If you don't get a reply write into info[at]ninjatraderecosystem[dot]com letting them know you are getting this error and have not yet heard back from the vendor on it.

got a response back from Fin-alg

solution : uninstall old tpochart and reinstall with their new setup file to update to new version.
