upgrade to 6.5 ....3 not working

    I downloaded NT 6.5 ....3 today - all 23 megs.

    I have NT 6.5 ....2 installed.

After the file downloaded a prompt asked if I wanted to repair the installation or whether I want to un-install. I did not think that either option was correct but picked repair.

At the end of the installation it seems I still have 6.5... 2 installed

Try uninstalling and then download and install again.

          STILL not working

Is there a point in this process where you check that the correct file is being provided in the NT download area?

          I un-installed (using Windows add/remove programs)
          I downloaded again
The installer did not ask me if I wanted to repair - it was a new install

          About - still says 6.5 ... 2

I checked using windows add/remove that only one version of NT6.5 is listed

My old "launch buttons" still works - I placed short cut on the desktop for NT and it still wokrs - should it?

Please provide another way for me to check that version 6.5... 3 has been installed. Surely I should be able to check the date of a file in the c:/program files/ninjatrader directory.

Then your browser cache still is not cleared. Please try a different browser.

I'm having the same problem. I only have 512mb of RAM and the requirement is 1GB.

That's probably why it's not installing. or at least for me that's the reason why

For sure 512MB is not enough RAM for any PC set up for trading, NinjaTrader or any other platform(s). I suggest upgrading your PC's. Our internal PC's use 2 GB min for RAM and any new PC's we are ordering use 4 GB. Its real cheap these days.

i hope ninjatrader can be update by component instead of download whole setup from server every update.something like click check update button on the platform and search which component need to update accordingly.it will be great if Full Installation File can be download as well.

                  just my 2 cent

Thanks for the suggestion. We will put it on the list for future considerations.
