Market replay stop order not working

Hello,

I do allot of market replay and all my orders are Sell/Buy stop limit orders. Never had a problem but now I´am not able to place a order on the chart trader. I click right mouse button and select Sell stop limit but the order will not appear on the chart.

I have restarted NT and my pc several times and still the same is happening.

please help

Do you experience the same if you open a new chart?

A new chart without any templates applied?

I have opened a new chart and get the following error:

Chart Trader: there is no account selected. Please select an account to avoid unexpected behavior. Please also email [email protected] and inform us of this error message. Thank you.

The account that is selected in Replay101. If I click on ok then my order will appear on the chart.

What is going on?

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

The problem keeps coming back but today I´am unable to do some market replay, even deleting workspaces.xml is not helping any more.

What can I do to make this working again.

I´am getting a little bit disappointed with NT. I do allot of market replay and I never had this problem but crashes where always part of market replay. If I look at NT8 it is even more disappointing me, NT8 is lagging crashing and even stop working when in a trade and several people have mentioned this before.

So please how can I fix this so I can do my work in backtesting?
