I have seen this reported before but with no posted resolution.
I have a strategy which I can select and run in a SIM account but
whilst i can select the live account, i cannot enable it.
Background
- I have a multibroker license running NT 7.1000.30
- Global Sim is unchecked (I am able to see and select the live account)
- I cannot enable the strategy if I have the live account selected either from the chart or from the control centre - sim account works fine
- I checked the logs and trace and found an issue with serialisation
- I reset and repaired the database per advice from other posts, this resolved the serialisation issue but did not resolve my problem
Current Status
- No errors in trace or log
- Able to see and select the live account from strategy - Unable to enable strategy
- Change account to SIM - Am able to enable it and it runs fine.
