    Charts are "blocked"

    Every now and then my charts are blocked and they can't be "moved' (expanded, etc.) anymore. The data is still ticking on my charts but the charts, the indicators, the lines, etc are all "frozen".

    I have to restart Ninja Trader - which, by the way, takes a hell of a time! - and after a while the problem is there again...

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

        By the way Chis: my browser is Mozilla and is sometimes crashing... - but I think that problem is independent from the Ninja-problem. They also don't occur at the same time...
