Thank you for the reply.
It seems you are trying to average the loss and then see if the loss is greater than the average, is this correct?
If so it would likely be easiest to do your own average in this case although you could create a data series of values and pass that to the SMA indicator. Either would work it would just depend on which you want to create.
To use the SMA indicator you would need to create a data series and supply values to that data series of the loss amount each bar, then this series would need passed to the SMA to do the calculation.
Instead you could copy the calculation from the SMA and apply it in your own script or use your own average calculation to do this without adding extra parts to the script.
