Strange begavior ATM. Need help.

Hello,
I'm trying to implement a kind of ATM in my trading.
I've made a simple ATM strategy (see screenshot),
When I use ATM at the 1-st time, everything looks OK, but when I try to increase the position with the same ATM, I always see that The position is less, than the minimum one. (I use 200000, but getting filled 20000 with stops of 10000).
So, I need to close the position, change ATM to "none" to continue to trade.
What am I doing wrong?

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20151217.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20151217.txt"
