NOT LOADING CHARTS FROM iqFEED

Hi,

It has been very slow to load. Now it won't load at all and just times out.
I use NT7, Iqfeed, and Rancho Dinero charts. Recently I have been having problems starting up my program.

I have checked my Internet connection, I have cleared out my data history to bare essentials for just a minimal amount of data. I am only trying to load about 15 charts.

Not sure where else to look for the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

So that I can look in to this please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the file which is named 'trace.20151217.txt'.

It finally loaded after about 20 minutes. Then after starting to click on the charts it all went white and stooped working and closed itself. Trying to load it up again but something is obviously wrong. Running IB on same machine and it works fine.
