HELP : Error on price data

I have a bug with my data on the CAC40 futures chart.
I tried to reload historical data and format data without success.
What can I do to correct this bug ? Should I contact Zen-fire ?

Sorry, I don't see anything on the image you posted. Here is what I suggest:
- try Tools->Historical data->Reload
- open chart without (!) any indicator and demonstrate again the problem you see.

click on the picture to zoom on it. You will see that at 18:00 and 18:35 there are 2 huge candles with lows below 4400 which is uncorrect.
I already try to "reload" but it did not work

Try deleting that day's data and then reloading it afterwards. If it still persists then it is likely something in the feed itself.

If issue persists, then these ticks are reported by the exchange in which event there is nothing we can do.

Is there a way to erase these bad ticks ?
I tried to export data then erase the bad ticks manually then re-import it.
But when I tried to merge data (I replaced the initial file name CAC 06-08 by CAC 05-08 before importing it then merge 05-08 and 06-08) I have the following error message :

No ticks data available for.....etc....you probably know well.

What can I do ?

I think I am doing wrong since they always reappear on the chart

This is really not recommended anyways since as soon as you edit and remove the tick and then connect up, it is possible that bad data is reloaded from the server again and overwrites your edit.

- edit text file
- import data from that text file
- restart NT

-> changes will be effective

are you telling me that nothing can be done to fix that thing ?
If the case, this is a serious drawback for Zen-Fire...what good is a fast data feed if there are mistakes ?
My CAC40 futures chart has become meaningless and I can't even use it.
How do you expect me to take proper decision if some bad ticks make my indicators give me false signals ? I don't even see the price properly.
In short, I cannot even trade this instrument anymore.

I feel really disappointed and frustrated...maybe should I give Zen Fire away ?

As per Dierk, you can do this but just don't request more data than you currenty have in your database otherwise your changes will be overwritten. If you have 15 days of data in the database, do not load 16 etc...
